What we do
Services
Drywall, paint, flooring and tile indoors. Patios, outdoor kitchens, lighting and planting outdoors. A crew of twelve and more covers both sides of a property, so a project moves from one trade to the next without waiting on a second contractor — which is why realtors use us when a listing has a deadline.
Inside the house
Drywall and paint, finished so a repair is indistinguishable from the surrounding wall.
Drywall repair
Patching after HVAC work, leaks and water damage. Edges are feathered, the existing texture is matched, and the area is repainted to blend into the surrounding surface.
Hanging and finishing
New builds and additions, from board on the studs through to a level-five finish ready for primer.
Painting, inside and out
Whole houses, single rooms, trim and cabinets, in Sherwin-Williams paint. Surface preparation determines how a finish holds up in coastal humidity, so that is where most of the labor goes.
Flooring — LVP and hardwood
Luxury vinyl plank and hardwood laid over a prepared subfloor. Flat matters more than the plank does, so the floor gets checked and levelled before anything goes down — a lipping seam is the thing you notice for the next ten years.
Tile — showers and floors
Shower surrounds, bathroom floors and backsplashes. Waterproofing goes in behind the tile, which is the part that decides whether the wall is still sound in five years.
Completing unfinished work
Kitchens, rooms and punch-list items left outstanding. We assess what has already been done, then finish the space to a consistent standard throughout.
Out in the yard
Hardscape, planting and irrigation, built for coastal ground conditions.
Paver patios and walkways
Base preparation, edging and laying. A properly compacted base is what holds a patio level through years of heavy rain, and it accounts for most of the work.
Sod and turf
Fresh sod laid, and existing turf lifted and re-laid where it can be salvaged. The ground underneath is graded first.
Irrigation
Sprinkler systems zoned to the layout of your property, plus repairs and adjustments to systems already installed.
Planting and design
Palms, trees and beds selected to establish well in coastal conditions.
Outdoor kitchens
Built-in grills, counters and bar seating in block and stone, tied into the patio so it reads as one piece rather than an appliance parked on pavers.
Outdoor lighting
Path lights, uplighting and low-voltage runs set into beds and hardscape. Wired in while the ground is already open wherever we can, so nothing gets trenched twice.
Cleaning, demolition and pressure washing
Handled by our sister company, Costa Sur Services — useful on its own, and useful back to back with a build.
