Card and bank details are never entered on this website. Both buttons hand you to our payment provider's own secure page, and Costa Sur never sees or stores your card number.
How we handle money on a job
Nothing is owed until you have a written estimate and have agreed to it.
- Deposits cover materials ordered for your job. The amount and the schedule are written into your estimate before anything is charged.
- On longer jobs we invoice by stage rather than asking for the balance up front.
- The final invoice is issued once the work is finished and you have walked it with us.
- Bank transfer costs us less to accept than a card, which is why it's listed first. Either is fine.
- Prefer to pay by check or in person? Call and we'll arrange it.
